Job Description

• Problem solving - Execute complex solutions for defined problems
• Consulting mindset – Bring consulting approach to business and technology problems, and advise future looking & domain rich solutions
• Business knowledge - Proactively seek to understand connections between project work and client's business issues. Understanding business requirements and data depth. Independently navigate and work with large complex sources of data.
• Implementation of best-in-class AI solutions, domain focused data & analytics platforms, and SAAS Products in Life Sciences using business depth and generative AI use cases using latest tech stack and agile methodologies.
• Technical skills - Good knowledge of techniques, technology & tools for SQL, data profiling, data manipulation, analysis, operations or visualization. Willingness to learn/apply coding skills, where needed.
• Communication – Strong verbal and written communication. Create client-ready collaterals (e.g.: PPTs, reports, story-boarding, documentation) with minimal direction. Effectively communicate with others across the organization, including global team members.
• Cultural fit - Understand and strive to demonstrate Axtria values (Do the RIGHT thing). Actively find ways to support the broader team in achieving objectives. Build trust and respect with stakeholders through quality of work. Proactively support team members
