About The Role

We are seeking a skilled Integration Engineer specializing in SAP EDI and B2B integrations to join our Hyderabad-based digital and enterprise technology team. In this role, you will be instrumental in designing, supporting, and optimizing integration solutions that facilitate seamless communication between our internal systems and external partners, including suppliers, customers, and vendors. This position offers an excellent opportunity to work at the forefront of enterprise integration technology, ensuring that our global operations run efficiently and reliably. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in SAP EDI and B2B integration within large, global enterprise environments. A bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related discipline is required, or equivalent practical experience. You should have hands-on experience supporting and developing SAP EDI solutions, with a solid understanding of EDI standards such as ANSI X12, EDIFACT, XML, and IDoc. Familiarity with SAP integration technologies and middleware platforms is essential. Excellent problem-solving skills, along with the ability to analyze and troubleshoot complex data exchange issues, are critical. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills are necessary to work effectively across diverse teams and external partners. A proactive, collaborative mindset with a focus on quality, continuous improvement, and customer satisfaction will set you apart.

Responsibilities

As an Integration Engineer, your primary responsibilities will include designing, implementing, and maintaining SAP EDI and B2B integration solutions that enable efficient and reliable communication with external and internal stakeholders. You will collaborate with business teams, application developers, vendors, and partners to gather requirements and deliver scalable, compliant solutions. Monitoring and troubleshooting EDI transactions will be a key aspect of your role, ensuring minimal disruption to business operations and swift resolution of issues. You will support integrations across SAP and non-SAP systems using established middleware and communication standards, participating in system upgrades, testing, and deployment activities to uphold system stability and compliance. Additionally, you will contribute to developing architecture best practices, technical documentation, and process improvements, driving initiatives that enhance operational efficiency, reliability, and overall integration landscape maturity.
