Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic Inside Sales Executive to generate leads, schedule client appointments, build customer relationships, and support business development through outbound calls and digital communication channels.

• Generate leads through cold calling, emails, LinkedIn, and other platforms.
• Schedule appointments through phone, email, and digital channels.
• Conduct outbound calls to introduce company products and services.
• Identify and qualify prospects and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Research target companies and key decision-makers.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Update CRM records and follow up with prospective customers.
• Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to achieve business targets.
• Prepare daily activity reports and maintain sales records.
• Preferred Candidate Profile
• 6 months–3 years of Inside Sales / Business Development experience preferred.

Freshers with 0–6 months of internship or work experience.

Candidates with experience in BPO, customer support, cold calling, or lead generation are encouraged to apply.

Candidates from BFSI, Logistics, Pharma, Retail, or other industries may apply.

Strong communication skills and a pleasant personality.
