About Team
The Senior Analyst will manage category performance and key site-experience metrics, ensuring alignment with Lowe’s Pro Supply strategic priorities and financial objectives. They will actively identify, evaluate and advocate for enhancements that reduce friction and create a more efficient, seamless customer journey. By translating data-driven insights into clear recommendations, this role will help deliver a stronger digital experience for Lowe’s Pro Supply customers and accelerate digital growth.
As part of the DBE team, the Senior Analyst will play a key role in identifying and shaping opportunities to improve the digital shopping experience for LPS customers on Lowesprosupply.com. The role will focus on understanding the current digital journey, identifying friction and experience gaps and helping define improvements that enable a smoother path from product discovery through purchase, fulfillment and reorder.
Roles &Responsibilities
As a Senior Analyst, your work will support the development of a stronger LPS digital experience by combining customer, business and digital insights to identify high-impact opportunities and guide prioritization across teams.
- Analyze the LPS Customer Journey: Develop a strong understanding of how LPS customers navigate LowesProSupply.com across Search, product discovery, product evaluation, Cart, Checkout, fulfillment and reorder. Identify friction points, missing capabilities and opportunities to simplify the journey.
- Identify Digital Experience Opportunities: Assess the current experience at an item, category and journey level to identify gaps that may impact product discovery, purchase confidence, conversion or repeat purchase.
- Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze digital and business performance data to identify trends, customer behavior patterns, and areas of opportunity. Translate findings into clear insights and recommendations for stakeholders.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor key digital metrics including revenue, conversion, average order value, digital penetration, engagement and journey performance to identify where deeper analysis or intervention may be needed.
- Drive Revenue and Conversion Opportunities: Identify opportunities to improve revenue, conversion, and average order value by addressing customer friction, improving existing journeys and identifying new digital capabilities or experience enhancements.
- Category-Level Digital Analysis: Evaluate priority categories and products to identify recurring experience gaps across Search, PLP, PDP, Cart and Checkout and recommend scalable opportunities that can improve the experience across a broader set of items.
- Competitor Analysis and Benchmarking: Assess relevant B2B, MRO and industry competitor experiences to identify best practices and capabilities that may be relevant for LPS customers.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with teams across Merchandising, Product, Technology, Marketing, SEO, Pricing, Inventory, Supply Chain and other LPS business functions to share insights, prioritize opportunities and support execution of digital experience improvements

- 4+ years of relevant experience in E-commerce and Data Analysis
- Primary Skills (must Have)
- End to end understanding of Ecommerce purchase funnel

- Strong e-commerce knowledge
