Location: Remote (India)

This product company's software runs inside operations teams across several countries, and the gap between "sold" and "live" is where this role sits. The company has partnered with Flexiple to hire implementation consultants who take a signed customer from kickoff to a configured system running in production, and Flexiple is the managed marketplace behind that hire, building high-performing teams and GCCs in India for companies scaling here.

Where this role sits

As an Implementation Consultant, you own a portfolio of live rollout projects at any given time, configuring the platform to a customer's workflows, running the sessions that get stakeholders aligned, and staying on the account until go-live holds.

The rollout you'd own

• Run discovery with the customer and translate what they need into a configuration plan
• Set up the platform's modules, workflows, and integrations for that customer's environment
• Migrate and validate data moving from the customer's old system
• Lead user-acceptance testing and manage the go-live cutover

Delivery in practice

• Keep a project plan, a risk log, and a stakeholder update rhythm that customers trust
• Train the customer's admins and end users so the system survives after you leave
• Feed recurring configuration gaps back to product and services leadership

What you'd bring

Three to eight years configuring or implementing enterprise software, whether ERP, core-banking, or a comparable SaaS platform, at client sites or for external customers. You're comfortable running a workshop with a customer's finance or operations lead, writing your own configuration documentation, and holding a timeline together when a customer's internal priorities shift mid-project. Clear written and spoken English, and comfort with travel to customer sites when a rollout needs it.

Nice-to-haves

• A prior implementation-partner or systems-integrator background
• Exposure to API-based integrations or basic SQL
• A degree in engineering, computer science, or a related field
