IE Engineer

• Create and maintain detailed manufacturing drawings, harness schematics(2D),using tools like AutoCAD.
• Conduct producibility studies to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Specify and procure assembly fixtures, jigs, and testing equipment.
• Must have knowledge of Time Study, Motion Study.
• Knowledge of MOST will be preferable.
• Create and maintain Work Instructions (WI) .
• KIT Break up knowledge is essential.
• Define and specify VSM.
• Deep knowledge of Process of Cutting as well as Assembly.
• Manpower handling.
• Knowledge about PFMEA & control plan
