What role will you play?

In this role, you will design, build and operate identity services that secure access to Macquarie’s Financial Management, People and Engagement (FPE) platforms while supporting their reliability, security and continuous improvement. You will provide trusted advisory support on UAM governance, operating models, risk management and roadmaps, while contributing to assurance, audit and risk oversight activities. Working within an Agile team, you will collaborate with identity, platform and application teams across the full engineering lifecycle, from solution design and development through to production support.

  • What You Offer
  • 5+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management (IAM), including User Access Management (UAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and access governance frameworks.
  • Strong understanding of access governance controls, including User Access Reviews (UAR), Access Profile Reviews (APR), Segregation of Duties (SoD), and regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Sound knowledge of end-to-end access lifecycle management, including provisioning, deprovisioning, certification, and access control best practices.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to partner effectively with technology, cyber security, risk, audit, and business teams.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and continuous improvement mindset, with experience working in Agile environments and leveraging automation and cloud-based technologies.
