About the Internship

Skillzenloop is looking for an enthusiastic and people-oriented HR Operations Intern who wants to gain practical exposure to recruitment, employee coordination, documentation, and day-to-day HR activities.

This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students, recent graduates, and candidates looking to begin their career in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, or HR Operations.

What You’ll Do

• Assist with candidate sourcing across relevant platforms.
• Review applications and help organize candidate information.
• Coordinate interview schedules and candidate communication.
• Maintain recruitment trackers and HR records.
• Support onboarding and documentation activities.
• Prepare basic HR reports and status updates.
• Assist with employee communication and routine HR coordination.
• Help maintain organized digital records and spreadsheets.
• Follow up on recruitment-related activities when required.
• Support the HR team with ongoing people and administrative tasks.

What We’re Looking For

• Interest in Human Resources and people operations.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable using email, spreadsheets, and online tools.
• Organized approach to handling information.
• Good interpersonal and coordination skills.
• Basic knowledge of recruitment is an advantage.
• Familiarity with Excel or Google Sheets is helpful.
