HR Intern

This job is provided by apna.co We are looking for a HR Intern who is interested in building a career in Human Resources.

• Candidate Preference: Male
• Internship Tenure: 1–6 Months
• Stipend: ₹14,000/month Performance-Based Extension

Candidates who demonstrate good performance during the first 6 months may be offered an extension for another 6 months with a stipend of ₹18,000/month.

Career Opportunity

• After successfully completing 1 year with us, candidates may be considered for a full-time job opportunity, subject to performance and organizational requirements.
• Graduation year 2024 2025 2026 or who is pursuing their last year or semester graduation

Requirements

• Good communication skills
• Basic to good MS Excel knowledge
• Strong interest in building a career in HR
• Willingness to learn and take responsibility
• Good coordination and interpersonal skills
• Working Hours: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• Weekly Off: 2nd & 3rd Saturday + Sunday
