Job Summary
We are seeking a Hardware Engineer for the Instrumentation industry to design, develop, and support electronic hardware used in measurement, control, and IOT monitoring systems. The ideal candidate will have 4–5 years of experience, strong expertise in analog electronics, and hands‑on exposure to industrial instrumentation hardware and testing environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Design and develop electronic hardware for instrumentation and measurement systems.
- Work on analog signal conditioning circuits including amplifiers, filters, ADC/DAC interfaces, and power supplies.
- Develop and review schematics and PCB layouts for precision and industrial‑grade electronics.
- Perform calibration, validation, and testing of instrumentation hardware to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Debug and troubleshoot hardware issues during development, testing, and production stages.
- Support prototype development, system integration, and production‑level issues.
- Prepare technical documentation such as design descriptions, test procedures, calibration reports, and BOMs.
- Participate in design reviews and contribute to continuous product improvement.
- Required Qualifications
- Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Electronics and Communication Engineering
- 4–5 years of experience in hardware design and development, preferably in the Instrumentation industry.
- Strong knowledge of analog electronics, including signal conditioning, sensors, and precision measurements.
- Understanding of digital electronics and basic embedded hardware concepts.
- Experience with schematic capture and PCB design tools (Altium, Eagle, or similar).
- Hands‑on experience with laboratory instruments such as oscilloscopes, signal generators, multimeters, and logic analyzers.
- Knowledge of interfaces such as SPI, I2C, UART, RS‑485, and industrial communication basics.
Preferred Skills
- Experience working with sensors, transducers, and industrial instruments.
- Knowledge of calibration techniques and measurement accuracy concepts.
- Familiarity with EMI/EMC considerations in industrial environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as in cross‑functional teams.
