About The Role

We are seeking a talented and motivated Junior Graphic Designer to join our vibrant marketing team. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity for freshers and early-career professionals to develop their skills and contribute to impactful projects. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing engaging visual content across various digital platforms, including social media, advertising campaigns, branding materials, and client-specific projects. The role requires a creative mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to translate ideas into compelling visual stories. As a remote team member, you will collaborate with colleagues using digital communication tools, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality designs that align with client expectations and brand standards.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate should possess a bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia, or a related field. Relevant certifications in design software or digital marketing will be considered an advantage. Candidates with a strong creative portfolio demonstrating their skills in graphic design, video editing, and content creation are highly preferred. We welcome applications from fresh graduates and those with up to three years of professional experience. Candidates from Tamil Nadu or Puducherry are preferred, and immediate joiners will be given priority.

Responsibilities

• Create visually appealing creatives for Meta Ads, social media posts, carousels, brochures, presentations, and branding materials that effectively communicate the intended message.
• Edit short-form videos, reels, and video advertisements to enhance engagement and reach on social platforms.
• Understand client requirements and develop creative concepts that align with their branding and marketing objectives.
• Develop original ideas and marketing strategies through innovative design approaches.
• Maintain consistency in brand identity by adhering to established color schemes, typography, layout principles, and visual styles.
• Utilize AI tools and other design software to streamline workflows and improve productivity.
• Coordinate with team members via Teams, email, and WhatsApp to ensure seamless communication and project updates.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring all deliverables are completed within deadlines without compromising quality.
