We're Pioneer Petro Chem. We run a refinery, and lately we've been growing fast, with new plants, new partnerships and new ideas.

So we're putting together a small crew of fresh grads to build it with us. We're calling it the Oil Gang (yes, really).

• No boring job description. You'll get a mix of content, partnerships, operations, strategy and whatever else comes up. You'll work directly with me and actually build stuff.
