GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist (CRO & Retention)

We are hiring a GoHighLevel Marketing Specialist (CRO & Retention). Full time, remote (India), 25,000 to 40,000 INR per month, reviewed on results.

This seat owns what happens after the click: whether visitors buy, and whether customers come back.

GAJAN Group runs brands across e-commerce, beauty, wellness, travel, music and software, selling into North America. Our ads bring the traffic. Our AI stack writes the first drafts. What nobody owns yet is the journey from first visit to second purchase. That is this job.

What you will actually do

• Map the customer journey for each brand, from first ad click to repeat purchase or rebooking, with drop-off measured at every step
• Own conversion on landing pages, product pages and checkout, with one live A/B test at all times: written hypothesis, decided outcome
• Build retention in GoHighLevel: post-purchase, reorder, win-back, review and rebooking flows across email, SMS and WhatsApp
• Put AI to real work in those flows: personalization, reply handling and segmentation, with GoHighLevel and n8n
• Design our retargeting: audiences, windows and sequences by journey stage. Our paid ads lead builds and runs them
• Approve every customer message: AI drafts, you own the words and their accuracy
• Keep it compliant: consent, opt-outs, CASL for Canada and SMS registration for the US
• Report weekly in numbers: conversion rate, repeat purchase rate, rebooking rate
• What this is not: media buying (ads have their own owner), social media management, or pure design. And if you have never built in GoHighLevel, this is not your role yet: you will build live in a GHL account during the interview.

The person who moves these numbers grows into our Growth Lead.
