We are seeking a Generative AI / LLM Engineer at MailerMen (Jaipur). You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The position is onsite at our Jaipur office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Prototype agentic workflows for internal automation.
• Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications.
• Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Design prompts and evaluation workflows for reliable AI outputs.
• Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.
• Maintain prompt libraries and evaluation datasets.
• Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Docker, Pinecone, Vector Databases, Weaviate, Streamlit, FastAPI
