Join MailerMen as a Generative AI / LLM Engineer in Ahmedabad. You will develop AI-powered product features using large language models, covering prompt engineering, retrieval-augmented generation, evaluation, AI workflows and API integrations. You will start with guided tasks and gradually take ownership of features under senior mentorship. The position is onsite at our Ahmedabad office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

• Department: Engineering - Generative AI Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Implement guardrails and safe-output handling for AI features.
• Evaluate model quality, latency, cost and reliability.
• Develop LLM-powered features for web and business applications.
• Build RAG pipelines using embeddings and vector databases.
• Create AI agents and workflow automations where appropriate.
• Prototype agentic workflows for internal automation.
• Work with frontend and backend teams to ship AI features.
• Learn team tools, coding standards and delivery processes with mentor support.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, AI, IT or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Weaviate, Docker, LlamaIndex, Azure OpenAI, FastAPI, Streamlit
