About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Full Stack Engineer to join our dynamic team at IndusGuru Network Partners. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 9 years of demonstrated expertise in full-stack development, with a strong emphasis on backend, UI/UX, CI/CD pipelines, and deployment processes. This role requires a dedicated professional who can work exclusively on our client projects, ensuring the delivery of secure, high-performance, and scalable Azure-based applications. The candidate must possess excellent communication skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a deep understanding of cloud-native development, especially within the Microsoft Azure ecosystem.

Qualifications

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 years of hands-on experience in full-stack development, with proficiency in modern frontend and backend frameworks. A strong background in REST API development, database management, and system integration is essential. Practical experience working with Microsoft Azure services, including Azure App Services, Azure Functions, and Azure DevOps, is required. Familiarity with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes, as well as experience implementing CI/CD pipelines, is highly desirable. Candidates should demonstrate a solid understanding of application architecture, scalability, security best practices, and performance optimization. A degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field is preferred, along with relevant certifications in Azure or DevOps.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain scalable and secure full-stack applications primarily on the Azure cloud platform. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications and solutions. Implement RESTful APIs, integrate third-party services, and ensure seamless data flow across systems. Develop responsive and user-friendly UI/UX components that enhance user engagement and satisfaction. Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate testing, deployment, and monitoring processes, ensuring rapid and reliable releases. Optimize application performance, security, and scalability through code reviews, system audits, and best practice implementations. Participate in code reviews, provide mentorship to junior developers, and contribute to technical documentation. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to continuously improve development practices and solutions.
