Role Description The Full Stack Engineer will work on designing, developing, and maintaining web applications that power the LawyerLinked platform. This full-time, on-site role in Kochi involves building scalable back-end services, implementing responsive user interfaces, integrating APIs, and ensuring smooth communication between front-end and back-end systems. The engineer will collaborate with product managers, designers, and other developers to translate requirements into reliable and secure features. Day-to-day responsibilities include writing clean and testable code, reviewing peer code, troubleshooting issues, optimizing performance, and contributing to technical decisions and architecture improvements. The role also includes maintaining documentation, following best practices, and supporting the continuous improvement of development processes.

Qualifications

• Strong Full-Stack Development skills, with hands-on experience in both Front-End Development and Back-End Web Development.
• Proficiency in core Software Development concepts, including object-oriented programming, data structures, and algorithms.
• Practical experience with Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) and modern front-end frameworks or libraries (e.g., React, Vue, or Angular).
• Experience building and integrating RESTful APIs, working with databases (SQL/NoSQL), and developing secure, scalable web applications.
• Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.
• Ability to write clean, maintainable, and testable code, with knowledge of unit testing and debugging techniques.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to work effectively in an on-site, cross-functional team environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Experience in legal-tech, marketplace platforms, or professional services platforms is a plus.
