Full-Stack Developer (React + Node)

Job Summary

Northwind Labs is hiring a Full-Stack Developer (React + Node) to join the Engineering team in Bengaluru, India. You will work with React.js, Node.js, Express.js to design, build and operate systems used by real customers every day.

You'll join a small, senior team that owns its roadmap end to end - from design discussions and code reviews through deployment and monitoring. We value clear communication, pragmatic engineering and shipping iteratively.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain features across the full-stack developer stack
• Write clean, well-tested code in React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Collaborate with product and design to break down requirements into shippable milestones
• Participate in code reviews and contribute to improving overall code quality
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, owning fixes end to end
• Mentor junior teammates and share knowledge through documentation

Requirements

• 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a similar role
• Strong proficiency with React.js, Node.js, Express.js
• Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms and system design fundamentals
• Experience with Git-based workflows, CI/CD and code review culture
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with rapid iterations
