MailerMen is hiring a Frontend / React Developer for our Gurugram team. You will build modern, responsive user interfaces with React, focusing on performance, accessibility and clean component design. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The role is fully remote, with the Gurugram team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Engineering - Frontend Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Improve Core Web Vitals and page-load performance.
• Learn and contribute to modern frontend development practices.
• Work with REST APIs and application state.
• Write component tests and visual regression checks.
• Fix UI bugs and improve frontend performance.
• Convert UI designs into reusable frontend components.
• Follow accessibility, responsive design and coding best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree, diploma or equivalent practical training in Computer Science/IT preferred.
• Good to have: Zustand, Framer Motion, Storybook, Figma, TypeScript, Redux
