About the Program

At Internmo, we're doing things differently. This isn't a traditional job or a standard internship—it’s an open collaboration program designed for aspiring frontend developers to gain hands-on, real-world experience. If you are self-taught, a boot-camp graduate, a student, or transitioning careers, this is a space for you to write actual production code, build your portfolio, and learn by doing alongside our team.

• What You’ll Do
• Build User Interfaces: Write clean, responsive HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to craft visually appealing and highly interactive web pages.
• Implement Designs: Work closely with the team to translate UI/UX wireframes and mockups into functional, high-fidelity components.
• Debug & Optimize: Troubleshoot layout issues, ensure seamless cross-browser compatibility, and optimize web applications for maximum speed and performance.
• Collaborate on Code: Use Git and GitHub to manage version control, push front-end updates, and participate in code reviews.

Who You Are

• Passionate about frontend development and eager to learn (no specific computer science degree required).
• Solid grasp of core web technologies: HTML5, CSS3, and modern JavaScript (ES6+).
• Familiar with the basics of responsive design, accessibility standards, and mobile-first principles.
• Bonus points: If you have hands-on experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries (like React, Vue, or Angular), Tailwind CSS, or state management tools.
• Curious, driven, and comfortable asking questions.
