Founders' Office Intern

• Business Development & Marketing
• Identify and reach out to potential clients across startups and enterprises.
• Work on outbound campaigns through LinkedIn, email, calls, and other channels.
• Speak with founders, HR leaders, and hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Participate in client calls, meetings, and product demonstrations.
• Help prepare pitches, proposals, follow-ups, and other client-facing communication.
• Maintain and manage the business development pipeline.
• Work directly with the founder on experimenting with and improving our go-to-market strategy.
• Client Fulfilment & Investor reachout

Once a client comes onboard, you will also help ensure that we successfully deliver on their hiring requirements.

You will

• Interact with clients to clarify candidate requirements, preferences, and expectations.
• Use the HireSort platform and other recruitment channels to identify relevant candidates.
• Reachout to Investors and manage their expectations
• Create pitch decks for the investor review and discussions

What We Are Looking For

We are looking for someone who

• Is currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree, or has recently graduated
• 0-1 years of work experience.
• Has strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Is comfortable speaking with founders, hiring managers, and candidates.
• Has a strong bias towards action and enjoys getting things done.
• Can independently research, structure information, and solve problems.
• Is comfortable working in a fast-moving, early-stage startup environment.
• Is analytical, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with technology.
• Is willing to take ownership rather than wait for detailed instructions.
• Has an interest in startups, sales, recruitment, AI, or building businesses.

Prior experience in business development, consulting, recruitment, entrepreneurship, college societies, or startup internships is helpful but not mandatory.
