ABOUT THE ROLE
As a Financial Analyst Intern, you will assist in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, tracking business performance, and supporting financial decision-making.
The role will provide practical exposure to financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, financial modeling, data analysis, and business performance evaluation.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collect, organize, and analyze financial data from different sources
- Assist in preparing financial reports, summaries, and presentations
- Analyze revenue, expenses, profitability, and key financial metrics
- Support budgeting and forecasting activities
- Assist in preparing and maintaining financial models
- Conduct variance analysis to identify differences between actual and planned performance
- Research market and industry trends relevant to business performance
- Assist in analyzing business and investment-related data
- Prepare dashboards and visualizations to present financial insights
- Support the team in making data-driven financial recommendations
- Maintain accurate documentation of financial analysis and findings
ELIGIBILITY
- Currently pursuing or recently graduated in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field
- Strong interest in financial analysis, business finance, and data-driven decision-making
- Willingness to learn and work on practical finance projects
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Basic understanding of financial and accounting concepts
- Strong analytical and numerical skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets
- Basic knowledge of financial modeling is preferred
- Understanding of financial statements is an advantage
- Good research and problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Good communication and teamwork skills
