  • Compare actual results against budget and explain the differences
  • Analyse income, expenses and margins to highlight trends and risks
  • Prepare monthly summaries, charts and short presentations
  • Support cash flow tracking and simple what-if scenarios
  • Check source data for errors and keep working files organised and traceable
  • Document model assumptions so others can review and reuse them
  • Who Can Apply
  • Freshers, entry-level candidates, or students pursuing or completing B.Com, M.Com, BBA, MBA (Finance), BA (Economics), B.Sc (Statistics, Maths) or CA, CMA and CFA levels
  • Self-taught learners who can show their skills through a model, case study or certificate
  • Candidates interested in finance, analysis and reporting
  • Candidates available to work full-time for the internship period

Required Skills

  • Understanding of financial statements: balance sheet, income statement and cash flow
  • Good Excel skills (formulas, pivot tables, lookups, charts)
  • Structured, analytical thinking
  • Ability to explain numbers simply in writing
  • Attention to detail and the habit of double-checking work
  • A laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work

Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)

  • Familiarity with Power BI or Google Sheets
  • A financial modelling course or certificate
  • A model or case study you built on your own

What You Will Learn

  • Building and documenting financial models
  • Budget versus actual variance analysis
  • Ratio analysis and interpretation
  • Cash flow tracking and scenario thinking
  • Presenting financial findings to management
