Field Service engineer

We are looking for a skilled and customer-focused Field Service Engineer to join our team at Dentalkart. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and servicing of dental equipment at customer locations.

The role involves regular field visits to dental clinics, hospitals, and other healthcare facilities to ensure proper functioning of equipment and provide timely technical support.

Requirements

• Install, commission, and demonstrate dental equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to dental equipment.
• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance as required.
• Conduct regular service visits and ensure equipment is functioning efficiently.
• Attend customer complaints and provide timely technical solutions.
• Maintain proper service reports, installation records, and documentation.
• Coordinate with internal teams for spare parts, replacements, and technical support.
• Educate customers on the proper operation, handling, and basic maintenance of equipment.
