About the role
SENIOR PRODUCTION PERSON REQUIRED Leading Delhi-based women’s designer label is looking for an experienced Senior Production Person with strong knowledge of women’s couture and hand embroidery. Must have complete knowledge of:
- Patterns & garment construction
- Fabrics & trims
- Hand embroidery & embellishments
- Chikankari, Zardozi, Gota, sequins, crystals & thread work
- Sampling, fitting & finishing
- Tailoring & embroidery teams
- Production planning & quality control
- Complete implementation & execution of collections
- Custom orders from design to final delivery The person should be highly experienced, hands-on, responsible and capable of independently managing production and ensuring 100% execution with quality and timelines
