Kalike, an associate organisation of Tata Trusts, is looking for an experienced Faculty and Trainer – ECE to strengthen our Early Childhood Education program in Bengaluru

.The role will contribute to strengthening ECE through training, capacity building, mentoring, content development, research, assessment and field-based implementation

.

Key responsibilities include

• Designing and facilitating training programs for ICDS functionaries and program team s
• Developing ECE training modules, facilitator guides and learning resource s
• Mentoring fellows and supporting field implementatio n
• Supporting research, assessments, data analysis and program improvemen t
• Developing documentation, case studies, reports and knowledge product s
• Contributing to innovative and technology-enabled approaches to EC E

We are looking for professionals with

• :🎓 A postgraduate degree in Education, Early Childhood Education, Child Development, Social Work, Psychology or a related fie ld💼 6–8 years of relevant experience in training, mentoring, module development or education/community developm ent🤝 Experience in training facilitation and mento ring🏛️ Experience with ICDS systems and government stakeholders will be an adva ntage🗣️ Strong communication and documentation skills📍 Willingness to travel for training and field enga g ements
