External Reporting Analyst (Finance)

Responsibilities

Preparation and review of the Company’s SEC reporting (Annual Reports, 10-K’s, 10-Q’s, 8-K’s and XBRL filings as required). Areas of focus may include the following:

• Balance Sheet
• Cash Flow Statement
• Various footnote disclosures

Basic Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree, preferably public accounting as part of it, and CPA
• Proficiency in SEC reporting requirements and US GAAP
• Strong communication and analytical skills
• Experience working within a global matrixed organization
• Strong skills in Excel, PowerPoint, Oracle
• Experience working with Workiva is a plus
