Position: Executive - Production Planning & Inventory Control(PPIC)

Job Summary

Responsible for production planning, material coordination, inventory management, and SAP order processing to ensure timely OSD manufacturing, packing, and demand fulfillment while maintaining compliance with quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare and monitor manufacturing and packing plans to ensure timely production completion.
• Plan and coordinate JIT procurement of bottles, shippers, RM, and PM for uninterrupted production.
• Track near-expiry/retest materials and ensure their timely consumption to avoid write-offs.
• Generate process orders in SAP and monitor material availability and QC release status.
• Support R&D activities, including ANDA filing requirements and scheduling of R&D batches.
• Ensure production plan compliance as per demand forecasts and monthly targets.
• Prepare MIS reports and maintain departmental documentation, audit logs, and format controls.
• Coordinate with Production, Procurement, QC, QA, Warehouse, and R&D for effective planning and execution.

Educational Qualification

• B.Pharm/M.Pharm/BE/BTech
