• Provide expert guidance on integrating ESG considerations into decision-making processes, governance structures, and reporting frameworks.
• Assist in the development and implementation of ESG metrics, targets, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and measure impact.
• Stay updated on global ESG trends, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance and enable proactive advisory services.

Desired Profile / Criteria / Skills

• Post qualification 2 years ESG minimum (BRSR reporting experience is a must)
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey complex ESG concepts to diverse stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to assess ESG risks, identify innovative solutions, and drive impactful change.
• Ability to build collaborative relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organisation.
• Proactive and adaptable mindset to navigate evolving ESG landscapes and address emerging challenges.
• Passion for sustainability and a genuine commitment to making a positive social and environmental impact.
