About the Role
The Enterprise Program Lead will be responsible for leading complex programs and projects across IDFC FIRST Bank. This role involves managing initiatives that align with the Bank’s strategic direction. The role holder must possess a comprehensive understanding of the project and program lifecycle, from initiation to closure.
Key Responsibilities
- Primary Responsibilities
- Manage Pan-Bank Programs and coordinate large, complex programs across the Bank.
- Oversee the entire project lifecycle from initiation through to closure.
- Understand the goals and objectives of each initiative.
- Develop detailed project plans and milestones, considering inter-dependencies.
- Track project milestones and plans to ensure timely delivery.
- Facilitate smooth implementation of tasks across various functions.
- Resolve risks, bottlenecks, and issues, escalating them in a timely manner.
- Provide project and program status updates to senior management.
- Guide team members on project management frameworks and enterprise tools.
- Secondary Responsibilities
- Conduct research and analytics, including industry and player-level analysis.
- Support the Bank’s and Business Unit’s planning and budgeting processes.
- Analyze variances, identify root causes, and recommend corrective actions.
- Prepare company-wide and business unit updates and stakeholder presentations.
- Coach and provide feedback to team members to enhance performance.
What We Are Looking For
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Mathematics, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, or Management.
Experience
- 12+ years of total experience
- Skills and Attributes
- Strong leadership and project management skills, effective communication, analytical thinking, and the ability to work across functions. Proficiency in project management tools and frameworks is essential.
