Dynamics 365 CRM & Power Platform Consultant / Developer

Powercret Solutions is looking for an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM / Power Platform Consultant who can take ownership of technical delivery and build scalable Microsoft business solutions.

The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse, Power Platform, custom development, integrations and ALM/DevOps.

Key Responsibility

• Design and develop solutions using Dynamics 365 CE, Dataverse and Power Platform.
• Translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
• Develop advanced Model-driven Power Apps and Power Automate solutions.
• Develop complex C# plugins, Custom APIs and business logic.
• Develop advanced JavaScript / TypeScript customizations.
• Work with Dataverse Web API, FetchXML and REST APIs.
• Design Dataverse data models and security.
• Develop and troubleshoot Dynamics 365 integrations.
• Work with Azure Functions, Logic Apps, API Management or Service Bus.
• Implement Power Platform ALM and CI/CD using Azure DevOps and Git.
• Troubleshoot complex development, integration and production issues.
• Perform code reviews and guide junior developers.
• Participate in technical design, estimation and solution discussions.

Technical Skill

Must Have

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience with Dynamics 365 CE / CRM and Power Platform.
• Strong knowledge of Dataverse.
• Strong experience with:
• Power Apps
• Power Automate
• Dynamics 365 CE customization
• JavaScript / TypeScript
• C#
• Plugins
• Custom APIs
• Web API
• FetchXML
• REST APIs
• Strong understanding of Dataverse Security, Teams, Business Units and Security Roles.
• Experience with complex plugin development and troubleshooting.
• Strong understanding of Solutions, ALM and deployment.
• Experience with Azure DevOps and Git.

Advanced & Model Microsoft Skills

• Experience or strong working knowledge of Copilot Studio and AI Agents.
• Understanding of AI capabilities in Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
• Experience with Power Platform Pipelines / CI-CD.
• Experience with one or more:
• Azure Functions
• Azure Logic Apps
• Azure API Management
• Azure Service Bus
• Knowledge of Microsoft Graph, Entra ID and OAuth is an advantage.
• Experience with PCF / React / TypeScript is an advantage.
