Role Overview
We are looking for high-impact DMAT Demo Trainers who can deliver engaging course demonstrations and drive conversions through effective follow-ups. This role requires a strong blend of training delivery, consultative selling, and relationship management.
The ideal candidate should be able to educate prospective students while also creating interest, urgency, and confidence to drive enrollments.
Key Responsibilities
- Demo Delivery
- Conduct end-to-end DMAT course demos for prospective students.
- Personalize demos based on the learner's needs, goals, academic profile, and career aspirations.
- Clearly communicate the value proposition, course structure, learning outcomes, and benefits.
- Keep prospects engaged through interactive and impactful demonstrations.
- Handle live questions and objections confidently during the demo.
- Sales Conversion
- Drive enrollments and conversions from assigned demo leads.
- Identify buying signals and guide prospects toward making informed enrollment decisions.
- Create appropriate urgency and curiosity around the course and learning opportunity.
- Use effective objection-handling and closing techniques.
- Maintain strong demo-to-enrollment conversion ratios.
- Follow-ups & Lead Management
- Execute timely and strategic follow-ups through calls, WhatsApp, and email.
- Maintain regular communication with prospects after demos.
- Track and manage leads through the CRM.
- Ensure there is no lead leakage and maintain proper pipeline hygiene.
- Follow up consistently until the prospect reaches a clear decision.
- Consultative Selling
- Understand each student's goals, challenges, motivations, and learning requirements.
- Recommend the appropriate DMAT course/program based on student needs and fit.
- Build trust and establish strong relationships with prospective students and parents where relevant.
- Position the course as a solution to the learner's specific requirements.
- Collaboration
- Work closely with marketing, sales, counseling, and academic teams.
- Share feedback regarding lead quality, common objections, student requirements, and market insights.
- Contribute ideas to improve demo quality and conversion performance.
Required Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Excellent ability to engage and influence prospective students.
- Proven sales acumen, including objection handling and closing techniques.
- Ability to create curiosity, urgency, and excitement during demos.
- Strong consultative selling and need-analysis skills.
- Comfortable asking for the sale and handling commercial conversations.
- High ownership and accountability toward revenue and enrollment targets.
- Strong follow-up discipline and lead-management skills.
- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
Preferred Experience
- Prior experience in demo-based selling, education sales, counseling, or online course sales.
- Experience with DMAT, aptitude preparation, entrance-exam preparation, or similar educational products is preferred.
- Experience handling student/parent counseling and conversion is an added advantage.
