DL_Fixed Income Business Analyst / EMEA

We are looking for a Fixed Income Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience, exhibiting in-depth understanding of BlackRock Aladdin, with comprehensive fixed income product knowledge

• Analyze position-level fixed income data and support security, portfolio, and risk analytics, including duration, convexity, and other key bond metrics.
• Perform data validation and reconciliation between Aladdin and internal systems to ensure data accuracy and consistency.
• Define and document data transformation logic to support analytics, reporting, and downstream processes.
• Collaborate with portfolio managers, investment teams, and stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions.

Develop prototypes, reports, and analytical tools using SQL and Python to enhance investment insights and reporting capabilities.

• Experience navigating industry standard market data platforms to support investigation, validation and discussion of security level and portfolio level data.
• In-depth understanding of fixed income analytics such as duration, convexity, spreads.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to identify data issues, trends and root causes.
• Experience working with data management practices and tools (e.g. data controls, reconciliation, SQL, Python is a must).
