Why this role exists

Medinex Workforce needs to be found by two groups of people: employers looking for staff and professionals looking for their next role. Both start with a search, a social post or a message they happen to see. As a Digital Marketing Intern, you will help our brand show up in those moments. You will write, schedule and track content, and learn how a staffing company builds trust online.

• Your day-to-day
• Write social media posts, captions and short articles for LinkedIn, Instagram and other platforms
• Research keywords and apply basic on-page SEO to website pages and blog posts
• Schedule content on a weekly calendar and keep it consistent
• Create simple graphics and post creatives using Canva
• Track reach, clicks and engagement, and put them into simple weekly reports
• Look at what competitors and other staffing brands are posting and share ideas
• Help promote open roles and hiring campaigns through posts and email content
• You are a good fit if
• You write well in English and can adapt your tone for different platforms
• You follow social media trends and enjoy trying new content ideas
• You are comfortable using Canva or a similar design tool
• You like checking which post worked and why
• You are organised and can keep to a posting calendar
• You have a laptop and a stable internet connection for full-time remote work
• Nice to have, not required
• Basic knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Ubersuggest or Semrush
• A personal blog, social page or writing sample you have created
• Interest in recruitment or healthcare content
• Who can apply
• Final-year students and recent graduates from BBA, MBA (Marketing), BA, B.Com, BMM, B.Sc or any stream with strong writing and creative skills
• Self-taught learners who can show their work through a portfolio, blog or social page
• Freshers are welcome, and prior work experience is not required
• You must be available to work full-time for the internship period

Working schedule
