DevOps Engineer (RRA Support & Operations)

We are looking for a DevOps Engineer to serve as the primary operational contact for the Remote Risk Aggregator (RRA) platform. The role involves supporting production and non-production environments, troubleshooting application issues, driving incident resolution, and acting as a bridge between business users, stakeholders, Development, and QA teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide L2/L3 support for critical enterprise applications.
• Monitor application health, performance, and operational stability.
• Lead incident resolution calls and drive issues to closure.
• Perform root cause analysis (RCA) and implement preventive measures.
• Develop automation scripts using Python and Shell scripting.
• Work closely with users, business stakeholders, developers, and QA teams.
• Enhance observability, monitoring, and support processes.
• Required Skills
• 5-10 years of experience in DevOps, Production Support, SRE, or Application Support.
• Strong Python and Shell scripting skills.
• Experience supporting enterprise-scale applications in production.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and analytical abilities.
• Hands-on experience with Linux, SQL, monitoring, and observability tools (Splunk, Grafana, ELK, Dynatrace, etc.).
• Exposure to CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and incident management skills.

Preferred

• Experience in Banking/Financial Services.
• Exposure to Kubernetes, Docker, AWS/Azure, and ServiceNow. Ideal Candidate A proactive problem solver who takes ownership of production issues, can manage multiple priorities, engage confidently with stakeholders, and ensure high availability and stability of business-critical applications.
