This role suits candidates who want to build a career in DevOps, cloud engineering, site reliability or systems administration.
Role Overview
As a DevOps Engineer Intern, you will work on structured infrastructure assignments under the guidance of experienced team members. You will learn how modern teams release software quickly without breaking things, and how to find the cause when something stops running.

- Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines using GitHub Actions, Jenkins or GitLab CI

- Monitor server health, logs and uptime, and report issues early
- Help manage cloud resources on platforms such as AWS, Azure or DigitalOcean
- Use Git and GitHub for version control and take part in code reviews

Who Can Apply
- Freshers, entry-level candidates, or students pursuing or completing B.Tech, B.E., BCA, B.Sc (CS/IT), MCA, diploma programs or related degrees
- Self-taught learners who can show their skills through a GitHub profile, home lab or deployed project
- Candidates interested in cloud, automation and infrastructure
- Candidates available to work full-time for the internship period
Required Skills
- Basic Linux command line skills (files, permissions, processes, networking)
- Understanding of Git and how code moves from development to deployment
- Basic idea of how web servers, ports and DNS work
- A troubleshooting mindset and patience when debugging
- Clear written English for documentation
- A laptop and a stable internet connection for remote work
Preferred Skills (Not Mandatory)
- Familiarity with Docker
- Exposure to a cloud platform, Nginx or Kubernetes
- A GitHub profile, home lab or a project you deployed yourself
What You Will Learn
- Linux server administration basics
- Containerisation with Docker
- CI/CD pipeline design and maintenance
- Shell scripting for automation
- Monitoring, logging and incident basics
Why Join SkillzenLoop
- Beginner-friendly, project-based internship

- Regular feedback and guidance from experienced team members
