DevOps Engineer

• Jenkins & CI/CD: Design, build, maintain, and optimize Jenkins pipelines using Jenkinsfile, Groovy, Shared Libraries, and Multibranch Pipelines.
• Kubernetes & Containers: Manage application workloads, Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and Helm across Kubernetes/OpenShift environments.
• Release Management: Lead production releases, hotfix deployments, rollback activities, and ensure minimal downtime.
• Production Support & Troubleshooting: Lead platform triage and resolve issues related to Kubernetes, AWS infrastructure, build failures, networking, deployments, and application platforms.
• Cloud & IaC: Automate and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and AWS CloudFormation.
• DevSecOps: Integrate and manage SAST, DAST, SCA, and container security scanning within CI/CD pipelines.
• Security & Artifact Management: Manage secrets using AWS Secrets Manager/Vault and artifacts using ECR, Nexus, or Artifactory.
• Git & Release Strategy: Implement and govern GitFlow/Trunk-Based Development, branching, release, and rollback strategies.
• Technical Leadership: Provide technical guidance to DevOps engineers, drive automation initiatives, conduct troubleshooting reviews, and establish DevOps best practices.
• Monitoring & Reliability: Monitor platform health and improve reliability using CloudWatch, Prometheus, Grafana, and Splunk.

Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in DevOps / CI/CD, with experience in a Lead/Technical Lead role.
• Strong hands-on expertise in Jenkins, Groovy, Jenkinsfile, Shared Libraries, and pipeline automation.
• Strong Kubernetes/OpenShift experience with Pods, Deployments, StatefulSets, Services, ConfigMaps, Secrets, Ingress, and Helm.
• Strong AWS knowledge including EKS, EC2, ECS, S3, IAM, VPC, CloudWatch, and Route 53.
• Hands-on experience with Terraform and/or AWS CloudFormation.
• Strong production troubleshooting and platform triage experience.
• Experience with Docker and Bash/Python/Groovy scripting.
• Experience integrating DevSecOps tools such as Sonatype, Fortify, Sysdig, 42Crunch, and OWASP ZAP.
• Strong understanding of Git workflows and release management.
• Experience with CI/CD, production deployments, hotfixes, and automated rollback mechanisms.

Roles & Responsibilities

We are looking for a Lead DevOps Engineer to lead and own the CI/CD ecosystem, cloud infrastructure, Kubernetes platforms, and production stability. The role requires strong hands-on expertise in Jenkins, AWS, Kubernetes/OpenShift, Terraform, DevSecOps, and production troubleshooting, along with the ability to drive releases, hotfixes, automation, and technical improvements.
