  • Strong attention to detail and documentation discipline, with a focus on traceability and maintaining auditready evidence.
  • Comfort working with data sets, including validating calculations and checking report outputs for accuracy and completeness.
  • Awareness of regulatory and control requirements and how they influence test coverage, test design, and evidencing.
  • Excellent written communication skills, with the ability to produce clear, concise test documentation and defect descriptions.
  • Organized and methodical working style, with the ability to manage multiple testing activities and meet tight deadlines.
  • Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • Exposure to global markets or trading environments and associated fronttoback workflows, such as trade capture, risk, and reporting processes (preferred but not essential).
  • Experience supporting testing in complex financial products or regulatory reporting initiatives.
  • Familiarity with structured quality assurance practices and governance frameworks in large organizations.
  • Masters degree or equivalent postgraduate qualification.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams across technology, operations, and business functions.
