MailerMen has an opening for a Data Scientist based out of Pune. You will turn product and business data into useful insights and predictive models through exploratory analysis, statistics and machine learning. With one year of experience behind you, you'll contribute directly to production systems from your first sprint. The role is fully remote, with the Pune team as your home base for occasional meetups.

Department: Data & Analytics Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Analyze structured datasets to identify trends and opportunities.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Validate model performance and investigate data quality issues.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
Create clear reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Prototype models in notebooks and hand off for productionization.
Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize useful models.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
Good to have: Jupyter, scikit-learn, Tableau, Power BI, AWS, Prophet
