We are seeking a Data Scientist at MailerMen (Noida). You will turn product and business data into useful insights and predictive models through exploratory analysis, statistics and machine learning. We expect around two years of professional experience and the ability to work independently on well-scoped problems. This is a hybrid role anchored to our Noida office, with a mix of in-office and remote days.

Department: Data & Analytics Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Run experiment analysis and significance testing.
• Design metrics and dashboards for product teams.
• Create clear reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
• Build and evaluate statistical and machine learning models.
• Document analytical methods, assumptions and results.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize useful models.
• Validate model performance and investigate data quality issues.

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
• Good to have: AWS, Power BI, Spark, Prophet, Tableau, LightGBM
