MailerMen is hiring a Data Scientist for our Bangalore team. You will turn product and business data into useful insights and predictive models through exploratory analysis, statistics and machine learning. This role suits an engineer with about two years of experience who can own features end to end. The position is onsite at our Bangalore office, offering close collaboration with the local team.

Department: Data & Analytics Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

Document analytical methods, assumptions and results.
Collaborate with engineering teams to productionize useful models.
Perform exploratory data analysis and feature engineering.
Validate model performance and investigate data quality issues.
Create clear reports and visualizations for stakeholders.
Present findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
Run experiment analysis and significance testing.

Requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Statistics, Mathematics or related field preferred.
Good to have: AWS, scikit-learn, Tableau, PyTorch, LightGBM, Looker
