CSK Technologies OPC Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a Data Scientist to build analytics and predictive features for Axel CRM. You will collaborate with our development team to help businesses understand sales performance, improve lead prioritisation, and forecast outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse lead sources, conversion rates, sales funnels, and revenue trends.
• Define meaningful business metrics and dashboard requirements.
• Build sales forecasts and evaluate accuracy against simple baselines.
• Develop predictive lead scoring and deal conversion models when sufficient historical data is available.
• Clean datasets, investigate missing values, and identify data quality issues.
• Validate models using time-based testing and checks for data leakage.
• Present findings through clear visualisations and practical recommendations.
• Work with Laravel and Vue developers to integrate predictions while respecting tenant access boundaries.
• Required Skills
• Python, SQL, pandas, and statistical analysis.
• Understanding of regression, classification, forecasting, and model evaluation.
• Data cleaning, exploratory analysis, and visualisation.
• Ability to explain findings, uncertainty, and model limitations.
• Relevant projects demonstrating analytical thinking and measurable evaluation.

Good to Have

• Experience with CRM analytics, marketing attribution, model deployment, or SaaS products.
