About The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Data Engineer (Analyst/Scientist) to join our remote team. In this role, you will be instrumental in transforming raw data into reliable insights and scalable data solutions that drive strategic decision-making. You will own the design, development, and maintenance of data pipelines, ensuring data quality and integrity across multiple sources. The ideal candidate is passionate about data analysis, modeling, and engineering, with a proven track record of building robust data systems. Collaboration with cross-functional teams—including product managers, data scientists, and engineers—is essential to translate complex business questions into actionable data solutions. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of five years of experience in data analysis, data science, or data engineering. Strong proficiency in SQL is essential, along with experience working with relational and NoSQL databases. Hands-on programming skills in Python, R, or similar languages are required for building and maintaining data pipelines, ETL/ELT processes, and data warehouses. Familiarity with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker is highly desirable. Excellent communication skills in English are necessary to effectively translate business needs into data-driven insights. The ability to work independently in a remote setting, managing multiple priorities, and delivering results in a fast-paced environment is crucial. Candidates should demonstrate a strong understanding of data quality, consistency, and security principles.
