About The Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented professional to join Olympus Corporation as a Senior Product Manager. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for leading the development and execution of product strategies that align with the company's vision and market demands. Qualifications

Proven experience in managing product lifecycle, developing go-to-market strategies, and working with cross-functional teams is essential. Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive product strategies that align with the company’s overall objectives and market trends. Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management, including planning, development, launch, and post-market activities. Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to define product specifications and ensure timely delivery of new products. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and growth. Coordinate with marketing and sales teams to develop effective go-to-market plans, including positioning, messaging, and promotional activities. Monitor product performance metrics and customer feedback to inform continuous improvement initiatives. Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain quality standards throughout the product lifecycle. Provide leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
