MailerMen has an opening for a Data Engineer based out of Hyderabad. You will build dependable data pipelines and data-processing systems that support product decisions and operational reporting. You will bring roughly two years of hands-on experience and help mentor newer team members. The role is fully remote, with the Hyderabad team as your home base for occasional meetups.

• Department: Engineering - Data Working hours: 10:00 AM–7:00 PM IST, Monday–Friday

Responsibilities

• Write efficient SQL for data transformation and analysis.
• Improve pipeline performance and operational reliability.
• Monitor pipeline quality, failures and data consistency.
• Document data workflows and technical processes.
• Support analytics teams with curated, well-documented datasets.
• Set up data validation and quality checks in pipelines.
• Integrate data from APIs, databases and application systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, IT, Mathematics or related field preferred.
• Good to have: Docker, Redshift, Apache Spark, BigQuery, AWS, Kafka
