Roles and Responsibilities
- Design and maintain data solutions supporting Amazon Connect contact center operations and reporting.
- Develop reliable processes for capturing, transforming, and structuring contact center data.
- Work with business and technical teams to define data requirements and deliver fit-for-purpose datasets.
- Investigate data quality issues and improve the reliability, accuracy, and usability of contact center information.
- Support the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of data integrations related to Amazon Connect.
Skills Required
- 6 to 10 years of relevant professional experience in data engineering or contact center technology.
- Hands-on experience with Amazon Connect, also known as AWS Contact Center.
- Strong understanding of contact center data structures, operational reporting, and data integration requirements.
- Experience designing scalable and maintainable data engineering solutions.
- Ability to work with technical and business teams to deliver accurate and accessible contact center data.
Good to Have
- Experience with AWS.
