About the role
We are looking for a highly analytical, detail-oriented, and business-focused Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transforming raw and complex datasets into meaningful insights that support business strategy, operational efficiency, and informed decision-making.
As a Data Analyst, you will work closely with stakeholders across business, product, marketing, sales, finance, and operations to understand analytical requirements, develop reports and dashboards, identify trends, and provide actionable recommendations.
The successful candidate will have strong hands-on experience with SQL, Microsoft Excel, data visualization, and business intelligence tools, along with excellent analytical and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Collect, consolidate, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Write efficient and optimized SQL queries for data extraction and analysis
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or similar BI platforms
- Create accurate and insightful daily, weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc reports
- Analyze business and operational data to identify trends, patterns, opportunities, and anomalies
- Define, track, and report KPIs and key business performance metrics
- Perform data validation and quality checks to ensure accuracy, completeness, and consistency
- Investigate data discrepancies and work with relevant teams to resolve data-quality issues
- Translate business requirements into analytical questions and measurable solutions
- Provide actionable, data-driven recommendations to stakeholders
- Perform exploratory data analysis to identify opportunities for business improvement
- Support forecasting, trend analysis, and performance measurement initiatives
- Automate repetitive reporting and data preparation processes wherever possible
- Maintain dashboards, datasets, reports, and analytical documentation
- Collaborate with Data Engineers and technical teams on data availability and reporting requirements
- Present analytical findings and business insights to technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Support management with data-backed insights for strategic and operational decisions
- Maintain confidentiality and follow organizational data governance and security standards
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 1–4 years of professional experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Reporting, or a related field
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, Business Analytics, Finance, or a related discipline
Strong hands-on proficiency in SQL
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, including
