Data Analyst – Startups

Role Overview

We’re building out the analytics and intelligence layer across all our startups, and we need a Data Analyst to help make that happen. You’ll turn raw product and business data into clear insights, dashboards, and recommendations that shape decisions across multiple teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain KPI dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, or Looker Studio
• Write advanced SQL queries to extract, clean, and model data from multiple sources
• Use Python (Pandas, NumPy) for deeper data analysis and automation
• Conduct funnel and cohort analysis to surface product and business trends
• Design and analyze A/B tests, applying sound statistical methods
• Clean, validate, and structure data for consistent, reliable reporting
• Partner with product, marketing, and leadership teams to define metrics that matter
• Present findings and recommendations in clear, actionable formats
• Maintain data accuracy and consistency across dashboards and reports

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or similar); equivalent practical experience is welcome.
