Skillzenloop is looking for a curious and security-minded Cyber Security Intern who wants to understand how organizations protect applications, systems, networks, and information from common security risks.
This opportunity is suitable for freshers, students, recent graduates, and aspiring cybersecurity professionals who want to build practical foundations in information security.
- What You’ll Do
- Assist with basic security assessments and security-related research.
- Learn how common cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities are identified.
- Support documentation of security observations and findings.
- Assist with reviewing basic security configurations and access controls.
- Learn fundamental concepts related to network and application security.
- Research security advisories, vulnerabilities, and emerging threats.
- Assist with maintaining security checklists and technical records.
- Participate in security awareness and best-practice activities.
- Support authorized testing and learning exercises under supervision.
- Collaborate with technical team members on security-focused tasks.
- What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in Cybersecurity and Information Security.
- Basic understanding of computer networks and operating systems.
- Familiarity with Linux or Windows environments is helpful.
- Basic understanding of concepts such as authentication, access control, and encryption.
- Knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP, or firewalls is an advantage.
- Familiarity with cybersecurity tools or labs is a plus.
- Analytical and problem-solving mindset.
