Are you passionate about solving technical problems and delivering exceptional customer support? We're looking for a Technical Support Representative to join our client's Implementations & Professional Services t e am.

Key Responsibilit i es:

Manage and resolve technical support tickets through Zend esk.Troubleshoot SaaS applications, APIs, payment workflows, and product-related iss ues.Perform root cause analysis and identify configuration, integration, or product iss ues.Communicate with customers through email and virtual meetings to provide updates and resoluti ons.Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Customer Success, and Professional Services te ams.Escalate product defects with clear documentation and business imp act.Create and maintain knowledge base articles and troubleshooting documentat ion.Ensure SLA adherence while managing multiple customer issues simultaneou sly.Identify recurring issues and recommend process improvements and automation opportunit i es.

Required Skills & Qualificati o ns:

2–4 years of experience in Technical Support, SaaS Support, Product Support, Application Support, or Implementation Supp ort.Strong understanding of SaaS products, APIs, technical troubleshooting, and customer support operati ons.Hands-on experience with Zendesk or similar ticketing platfo rms.Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, Slack, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, and Ex cel.Excellent verbal and written English communication ski lls.Strong analytical, documentation, and problem-solving abilit ies.Ability to manage multiple support cases while maintaining SLA commitme nts.Customer-focused mindset with excellent stakeholder management ski l ls.
